To be ready for your appointment
Please come to your color appointments with clean, dry hair to avoid extra time being charged.
Please come in clothes that can be stained. We do our best to be as clean with color as possible but sometimes things happen and clothes can be stained or discolored.
For safety and efficiency during your session, we insist that you do not bring children or friends to your session. We are limited on additional seating and there are there are hot tools and chemicals out throughout the day.
Stag and Doe does not offer refunds. However, in the event that the final result of your hair does not live up to what you and your stylist agreed upon, we will offer any corrections needed to ensure that you are loving your hair.
In the event that you don’t love a product, we will exchange the product within 30 days, if it is at least 75% full.
In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule a reserved appointment, S&D requires 48 hours notice. If 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled with your card on file. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service with your card on file. You will not be able to reschedule your appointment if payment does not go through.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service you have scheduled. Therefore, a cancellation fee will apply.
No Cash Policy
Stag and Doe does not accept cash payments. We accept card ONLY. Please arrive to your appointment prepared with a card form of payment.
No Pets Policy
We love your pets! Unfortunately per the state board of cosmetology in Oklahoma, animals are not allowed in the salon at any time with the exceptions of service dogs.
